TERMS OF USE, DELIVERY POLICY, EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Please read  this Term of Use carefully , as it is the document that will regulate the use of this site. By using our online store you are adhering to all the terms and expressly agreeing to the conditions provided for its use.

We have amazing fulfillments centers that allow us to give you a low cost for shipping, so please allow the delivery time of the products 7 to 20 business days for delivery depending on region (except holidays and weekends) from the date of confirmation of payment of the merchandise

FREE PROMOTION ITEMS

Our free items can not be returned as it is FREE. However in some cases we will replace item if broken or not as described. Please send an email to our INFO@SHOPCLOSETGEM.COM. Shipping cannot be refunded as we have no control over the post office cost. Seller is responsible for any shipping returned.


INCONSISTENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

We are not responsible for mistakes when completing the delivery data.

We always do our best to get in touch with the customer if we find something inconsistent in your data, but it is the customer's responsibility to fill out the form correctly and check all the data before completing the order.


MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

If you make a purchase that contains more than one item, they will arrive to you in different packaging and dates. We have multiple fulfillments centers to ensure the best cost to our customers and so some packages may come separate.

Rest assured that this does not change anything in the delivery process of your order, you will receive all the products that you have purchased, within the normal delivery period.

 

TRACKING

The tracking code will be released within 2-5 business days from the date the product ships. Your order information takes a few days to be available in our system, so do not be alarmed if it is your first time ordering.

All of our shipment will be shipped with E-Packet so you will receive a tracking number. we do NOT imply in any way in the term of delivery of the order. The product will arrive on time as it is shipped from our fulfillment center and customs sometimes are unpredictable. BUT rest assure you will receive your product! any questions, please don’t hesitate!

 

RETURN FOR DAMAGE

Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any disagreement with the product or the quality of the delivery, we will exchange or return the money immediately, and the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

  • We will not exchange / refund products in case of:
  • - Indication of use or some kind of modification;
  • - Out of 7 days.
  • The returned product will be analyzed when it arrives at the store. we will contact you to confirm. Be aware of sizes and style before making the purchase.

 

REFUND

You are special to us so refunds are excepted within 7 days of delivery (retail only)

NO REFUND

If the buyer does not withdraw the order in the Post Office due to taxation;

Inconsistency of data;

Absence during 3 attempts of delivery;

If there is a delay in delivery due to possible strikes at the Post Office.

* REFUND WILL BE MADE WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS.

 

 

SITUATIONS THAT MAY CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME

Inconsistency in data reported in the registry;

Difficulties in confirming the registration to release the application;

Absence of person responsible for receiving the product at the place of delivery;

Refusal to receive the goods by third parties;

Natural factors such as rains, accidents, among others;

Indication by our conveyors of anomaly with the quality of the packaging or the product;

Chinese holidays (such as the traditional Chinese New Year);

Post and / or Federal Revenue Strikes.

 

CUSTOMS FEES

We make every effort to minimize the chance of taxation. If it occurs, the fees are for the account of the client , since unavoidable. To find out if your product has been taxed by customs, check the tracking on the postal site. You can choose between paying the fee and picking up the product at the Post Office, or not picking it up so that the order is sent back to the supplier (no refund).
