You can rest easy! We have a very strong customer protection policy, you are very important to us! Should any problem occur with your product we will be readily available to help you with everything you need.

Unfortunately we do not have full control of the shipping process. But the guarantee we give you is that either your product arrives perfectly in your residence or we RETURN the full value of your order on time, without complications. Trust you will not be disappointed;)

 

We want to give you the BEST and reliable shipping so our delivery time on most items is between 7- 20 business days depending on region and after payment is authorized (except holidays and weekends) from the date of confirmation of payment of the merchandise.  You can track your order right to your front step using "Track my order" from our Home page or check your email for your tracking.

Once the payment of your merchandise has been confirmed, we will ship from one of our fulfillment center in East Asia. using e-packet (first class) secure and safe!

No. If you make a purchase that contains more than one item, they will arrive in different packaging and dates. We have multiple fulfillments centers to ensure the lowest and best cost to our customers and so some packages may come separate.

Rest assured that this does not change anything in the delivery process of your order, you will receive all the products that you have purchased, within the normal delivery period.

Yes. We ship only with E-packet (first class) which allows you to track your order! The tracking code will be released within 2-5 business days from the date the product ships. Use our "track my order" system located on our home page. 

(INTERNATIONAL ONLY) We make every effort to minimize the chance of taxation. If it occurs,  the fees are for the account of the client, since unavoidable.

To find out if your product has been taxed by customs, check the tracking on the postal site and if it is taxed, the message "object awaiting withdrawal" will appear. You can choose between paying the fee and picking up the product at the Post Office, or not picking it up so that the order is sent back to the supplier (no refund).
